About us

We have identified the need for a dedicated fun stag group hotel. We operate hundreds of groups per year in Latvia plus groups to Estonia, Russia, Ukraine and other countries. As a UK company with our own local offices, we provide low cost options at a wide range of hotels, with a helpful call centre in the UK.

Booking and cancellation terms

Payment

20% deposit is required as soon as your booking is confirmed (Full balance will be required if booking less than 8 weeks before arrival). This may be at time of booking (for 'instant' bookings) or as soon as confirmation is made after you place your booking.

Payment is accepted by:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex)
Debit card (Delta)
UK cheque in GBP
Bank transfer (Remitter to pay ALL charges.)

All payments will be debited from your card in the currency selected. In the case of failed credit card transactions we reserve the right to cancel unpaid services and all vouchers will be null and void.

Your booking will be held on option for 7 days after confirmation of services (or until 48 hours within arrival if booking within 9 days) by which time we must be in receipt of deposit or full balance if booking within 8 weeks of travel.

Credit Card Security

On the advice of our credit card authorisation company, we are occasionally required to request a signed credit card authorisation form and a photo copy of your passport for identification purposes. This measure is in place for your own security and protection against fraudulent use of credit cards.

Internal flights, Rail, Activities and Sightseeing

When providing any internal flights, Rail, Activities or Sightseeing we are acting as agents to the principal. Please refer to your voucher for details.

Cancellations (X Dream Hotel)

Cancellation are charged as follows:

On or up to 28 days prior to arrival: 10 GBP per person
On or up to 14 days prior to arrival 25% of total cost
On or up to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of total cost
On day of arrival, during stay, or up to 6 days prior to arrival 100% of total cost

Arrival is defined as 14.00hrs on day of arrival in hotel (local time).

All cancellations must be notified to MyStagParty.co.uk in writing and acknowledged by us to the customer.

Amendments

Amendment fees are charged as follows (in selected currency):

10 GBP per amendment. Where amendments involving cancellations are made, relevant cancellation charges will also apply.
No fee for name changes.
If due to individual cancellations, the group size falls below the minimum 10 passengers required for the group rates we provide, additional charges will apply.

All amendments must be notified to MyStagParty.co.uk in writing and acknowledgement received by customer.

Booking Deadlines

MyStagParty.co.uk is able to accept online bookings up to 3 working days prior to departure, subject to availability, subject to full prepayment by credit card.

Additional Hotel Charges

You will be required to provide a credit card at check in.

You must make payment for all services that are not included on your voucher (e.g. meals, phone call charges, laundry and mini-bar) directly to the hotel prior to check out.

Errors

MyStagParty.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect dates or data input by the client. It is your responsibility to supply the correct dates and information for all services requested.

Consent

By consenting to our terms of booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Passports and Visas

Passports and visas are your responsibility.

LATVIA: Visas are NOT required for nationals of EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, USA, Canada.
ESTONIA: Visas are NOT required for nationals of the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland Australia New Zealand USA Canada, nationals of South Africa when holding a visa for Latvia or Lithuania.
LITHUANIA: Visas are NOT required for nationals of EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Australia New Zealand, USA, Canada.
RUSSIA: Visas are required for ALL travellers to Russia.
UKRAINE: Visas are NOT required for nationals of EU, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan.

General Information - Most countries require that your passport is valid for a minimum of six months after exit and has at least one blank page.

Please check with your own local consulate for up-to-date visa requirements.

Please note that only the applicable Consulates have the authority to grant visas and the granting of a visa is entirely at their discretion. Failure to obtain a visa will result in cancellation charges.

For UK based clients, we also offer a postal visa service to obtain Russian visas.

Force Majeure

MyStagParty.co.uk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. Without limit to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: acts of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, or strikes.

If you fail to provide your correct email address and telephone number with country code, we cannot be held responsible for your failure to receive documents and messages concerning the status of your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel reservations when we are unable to contact you if necessary.
